Production Facilities
Pipe Extrusion Lines
Multi-line extrusion covering DN 20–1200mm, PE80/PE100, SDR 7.4–33 for water supply, gas distribution, drainage and industrial applications. High-speed lines with vacuum sizing and automatic wall-thickness control.
Fittings Injection Molding
High-precision injection molding machines producing HDPE and PVC fittings from DN 20 to DN 630. Multi-cavity molds ensure consistent dimensions and fast cycle times for both standard and custom (OEM/ODM) products.
Compression Fitting Line
Dedicated production line for HDPE and PP compression fittings, including couplings, elbows, tees, end caps, stub ends and ball valves. Each fitting is individually pressure-tested before packing.
Welding & Tooling Workshop
In-house mold design and maintenance workshop. Custom molds developed for special projects with rapid prototyping, plus a complete line of fusion welding machines for field installation support.
6-Stage Production Workflow
1. Raw Material Testing
Only virgin HDPE PE80/PE100 and PVC resin from approved suppliers are used. Each batch is tested for Melt Flow Index (MFI), density, and moisture content before entering production to guarantee material traceability.
2. Extrusion / Molding
Computer-controlled processing with ±1°C temperature accuracy. Multi-cavity molds and precision extrusion dies produce consistent wall thickness and smooth surfaces across the entire production run.
3. In-Line Monitoring
Laser gauges continuously measure outside diameter, wall thickness and ovality in real time. Any deviation triggers automatic adjustment of line speed and temperature to maintain dimensional accuracy.
4. Laboratory Testing
Samples from every batch undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, tensile testing, impact resistance and thermal stability analysis per ISO 4427, ISO 4437 and ASTM D3035 standards in our in-house laboratory.
5. Cutting & Inspection
Automated cutting with deburring for clean, square ends. Every pipe and fitting passes 100% visual inspection for surface defects, dimensional accuracy and wall uniformity before acceptance.
6. Packaging & Dispatch
Barcode traceability from raw material to finished product. Export-grade packaging with full documentation, including mill test reports, certificates of compliance and container loading photos.
QC Laboratory Equipment
Hydrostatic Pressure Tester
Multi-station pressure testing up to 16 MPa per ISO 1167 and ISO 9080 for long-term strength and failure time verification of pipes and fittings.
Universal Tensile Testing Machine
Electronic tensile tester measuring yield strength, elongation and modulus per ISO 6259 and ASTM D638 for pipe and fitting materials.
Impact Testing Machine
Dart impact tester for pipes per ISO 3127 and ISO 4422, verifying impact resistance at low temperatures for outdoor and buried applications.
MFI Melt Flow Index Tester
Measures melt flow rate of incoming resin and finished products to ensure material consistency and processing stability per ISO 1133.
Thermal Stability Oven
Accelerated aging and heat reversion tests to verify long-term thermal performance and material stability of HDPE and PVC products.
Dimensional Measuring Tools
Precision micrometers, calipers and laser gauges for outside diameter, wall thickness and ovality measurement, calibrated regularly to ISO 10012.
