Production

Raw Material

The screen and disc filter body is injection molded from PE100 polypropylene (PP) resin with UV stabilizers; the screen element is stainless steel or polymer mesh, and the disc element is reinforced polypropylene.

Molding Process

The screen and disc filter is produced by precision injection molding for the body, with welded or threaded connections. Critical parameters include mesh uniformity, flow capacity, pressure drop performance and sealing surface flatness.

Quality Control

Each screen and disc filter is tested for mesh integrity, burst pressure, sealing performance and clean pressure drop before packing; test reports are archived for traceability.
