Φ 32/26 – 63/54mm silicon-core HDPE conduit pipe with smooth inner silicon coating for optical fiber and cable protection. Low friction, long pull lengths up to 3000m per coil. Ideal for telecom and power cable ducting. As a purpose-built HDPE cable protection pipe, the co-extruded silicon inner layer cuts pulling friction to a fraction of plain HDPE, allowing single-shot cable installation of 2000 to 3000 metres without intermediate manholes.

Production

Raw Material

Each HDPE cable protection pipe is extruded from certified PE100 black compound with a co-extruded food-grade silicone inner layer, meeting YD/T 841 and GB/T 32018 material requirements.

Extrusion Process

The HDPE cable protection pipe is produced on co-extrusion lines that simultaneously form the PE100 outer wall and the silicon inner coating, holding inner surface friction coefficient within specification.

Quality Control

Every coil of HDPE cable protection pipe is tested for inner surface smoothness, outer diameter, wall thickness and coil length before packing.
