Product Overview

DN 50–200mm, customizable hole patterns (Φ5–16mm). CNC-drilled for precision. Used in subsurface drainage, leachate collection, and waterlogging prevention.

Each length is CNC rotary-drilled to order with Φ5-16mm holes in single, double or staggered rows, so this perforated PVC pipe collects or disperses water exactly where the drainage design calls for it, in soils and aggregates where a plain pipe would leave water stranded.

Production

Manufacturing Process

Each perforated PVC pipe is first extruded as standard solid-wall UPVC pipe, then transferred to a CNC rotary drilling station that indexes the pipe and drills Φ5-16mm holes to the CAD pattern drawn by the drainage engineer, with no hole bleed or wall cracks.

Quality Control & Testing

Hole position, diameter and row count on every perforated PVC pipe are verified against the approved CAD drawing; drilled pipe lots also pass the standard UPVC hydrostatic, Vicat and dimensional checks so the perforations do not weaken the pipe below its rated class.

Raw Material

Lead-free virgin UPVC compound is used for every perforated PVC pipe; the non-porous, chemically resistant bore keeps perforations and inner wall clear of biological slime and mineral scale in long-term drainage service.
