Production

Raw Material

The drip irrigation tape is extruded from polyethylene resin compliant with ISO 9261 standards, with UV stabilizers and anti-oxidant masterbatch added for long-term outdoor durability.

Molding Process

The drip irrigation tape is produced by precision extrusion with in-line flat emitter embedding technology. Critical process parameters include wall thickness consistency, emitter spacing accuracy and flow rate uniformity; each emitter is automatically inserted and welded into the tape wall under controlled temperature and tension.

Quality Control

Each roll of drip irrigation tape is tested for emitter flow rate uniformity, burst pressure resistance and wall thickness measurement before packing. Records are retained for traceability and third-party inspection.
