DN 50–400mm, SN4/SN8, white/gray color. Non-pressure UPVC drainage and sewage pipe for underground gravity systems. Conforms to BS EN 1401 and GB/T 5836.1.

Built for gravity flow rather than pressure, this PVC drainage pipe series combines crush-resistant ring stiffness with a self-cleaning smooth bore, so buried building and municipal drains keep their gradient and full flow capacity without the weight of cast iron or concrete.

Production

Manufacturing Process

The PVC drainage pipe is produced on high-speed single-screw extrusion lines with vacuum calibration for precise wall thickness. Pipe stiffness is verified by ring stiffness testing per EN ISO 9969 before packing.

Quality Control & Testing

Lots of PVC sewage pipe are tested for ring stiffness (SN4/SN8) and ring flexibility per EN ISO 9969, falling-weight impact by the TIR method, longitudinal reversion after oven heating, and socket leak-tightness; white and gray pipes share the same dimensional and mechanical acceptance limits.

Raw Material

Virgin UPVC compound formulated for drainage service is used for every PVC drainage pipe; it resists hydrogen sulfide and sewer gases that attack metal, while the smooth non-porous bore prevents biological slime and scale adhesion over a 50+ year design life.
