Production

Raw Material

The micro sprinkler is injection molded from engineering plastic (POM / ABS) resin with UV stabilizers, ensuring impact resistance, chemical resistance and long service life in outdoor irrigation.

Molding Process

The micro sprinkler is produced by precision injection molding with multi-cavity tooling. Critical parameters include nozzle orifice accuracy, swirl plate geometry and spray uniformity; each unit is assembled and test-sprayed on a calibration bench.

Quality Control

Each batch of micro sprinkler is sampled for flow rate accuracy, spray radius, pressure-flow curve and anti-drip performance before packing; test reports are archived for traceability.
