Production

Raw Material

The HDPE Electrofusion Welding Machine enclosure is manufactured from ABS engineering plastic with impact resistance rated for 1.5m drop onto concrete. Internal power electronics use IGBT module technology for efficient AC power conversion. The output cables use 6mm² copper conductors with silicone insulation rated for 90°C continuous operation.

Molding Process

The ABS enclosure is injection-molded with wall thickness reinforcement at handle and connector points. The internal PCB assemblies undergo conformal coating application for moisture and dust protection. Each IGBT power module is individually tested under load at maximum 50A output before assembly into the unit.

Quality Control
