Key Features

  • Smooth Operation: Low-friction stem and seal design of the drip irrigation valve ensures easy opening and closing over long service life.
  • Leak-Proof Seal: Precision sealing elements inside the drip irrigation valve prevent leakage at connection points and around the stem.
  • PP Durable Body: PP construction makes the drip irrigation valve resistant to corrosion, fertilizers and weather exposure in field irrigation.
  • Multiple Configurations: The drip irrigation valve is available in ball, mini and T-type solenoid types for different flow control applications.
  • Wide Pressure Range: Rated for PN10 and PN16, the drip irrigation valve handles both gravity-fed and pump-driven irrigation networks.
  • Compact DN16 – DN50 Range: The drip irrigation valve fits lateral, submain and zone control applications in greenhouse and field irrigation systems.

Production

Raw Material

The drip irrigation valve body is injection molded from PE100 polypropylene (PP) resin with UV stabilizers, while seals are EPDM and the stem is reinforced polypropylene or stainless steel for corrosion resistance.

Molding Process

The drip irrigation valve is produced by precision injection molding for the body, with machined metal inserts for threaded connections. Critical parameters include sealing surface flatness, stem bore tolerance and seat geometry for repeatable leak-free shutoff.

Quality Control

Each drip irrigation valve is tested for opening/cycling performance, leak resistance at PN10/PN16, stem torque and visual defects before packing; test certificates are archived for traceability.

Applications

  • Drip Irrigation Zone Control: The drip irrigation valve opens and closes drip zones in greenhouse and field irrigation automation.
  • Sprinkler System Control: The drip irrigation valve isolates sprinkler laterals for maintenance without shutting down the whole network.
  • Main Line Flow Control: T-Type solenoid drip irrigation valve handles DN40 / DN50 mainline flow regulation with Kv up to 50 m³/h.
  • Filter Backwashing: The drip irrigation valve switches screen and disc filters between service and backwash modes.
  • Pump Discharge Regulation: The drip irrigation valve controls pump discharge and prevents reverse flow in irrigation pump stations.
