Product Overview
The HDPE geocell from Bingo Pipeline is a three-dimensional honeycomb confinement system made from high-density polyethylene sheet, ultrasonically welded into a flexible grid. When filled with soil, gravel or concrete, the HDPE geocell confines the infill laterally and turns a loose layer into a stiff, load-spreading mattress.
Cell heights run from 50 mm to 200 mm and welding spacing from 300 mm to 900 mm, giving forty standard combinations for slope protection, retaining structures, channel linings and load support. Sheet thickness is 1.0-1.1 mm for smooth panels and 1.4-1.5 mm for textured panels, and the HDPE geocell can be supplied perforated for drainage.
