Production

Raw Material

The HDPE perforated pipe is extruded from virgin PE100 black compound compliant with ISO 8772 and GB/T 13663.2.

Drilling Process

PE100 pipe is first extruded on twin-screw lines, then processed through automated CNC rotary drilling stations that cut holes to the specified diameter and pattern.
