WorldLink is pleased to announce the successful completion of our manufacturing facility expansion. The 15,000㎡ production complex now houses 28 advanced extrusion and injection molding lines, representing a 40% increase in production capacity.
The 18-month expansion project added 5,000㎡ of new workshop space, including dedicated areas for large-diameter pipe extrusion, electrofusion fitting production, and a expanded quality control laboratory.
Key milestone: 40% capacity increase, 50 new jobs created, and enhanced in-house quality testing capabilities.
New Capabilities
- Large-diameter extrusion: New lines capable of producing pipes up to DN 800mm
- Automated fitting production: 10 new injection molding machines with robotic handling
- Expanded QC lab: Additional testing equipment for pressure, impact, and material analysis
- Warehouse: 3,000㎡ automated storage and retrieval system for raw materials and finished goods
- Sustainability: Solar panel installation covering 30% of facility energy requirements
Quality Commitment
The expanded facility includes a state-of-the-art quality control laboratory equipped with universal testing machines, melt flow index testers, impact resistance testers, and hydrostatic pressure testing equipment. Every production batch undergoes rigorous testing before release, ensuring compliance with ISO 4427, ISO 9001, and ASTM standards.
