The HDPE Custom Large Diameter Pipe is a solid-wall PE100 high-density polyethylene pipe produced to order for large-diameter water, wastewater, dredging and industrial fluid transport. Where standard catalogue sizes stop, the HDPE Custom Large Diameter Pipe continues: custom diameters, wall thicknesses and overall lengths are extruded and machined to your project specification, with butt-fusion or flanged ends prepared for direct installation.

Every HDPE Custom Large Diameter Pipe from Bingo Pipeline is extruded from virgin PE100 compound with carbon black for UV resistance, giving the pipe the slow crack growth resistance and long-term hydrostatic strength required for 50-year service life in municipal and mining applications. The pipe is supplied in straight lengths or coiled for smaller diameters, with custom-drilled flange stubs, stub ends or spigot ends prepared at the factory. Common diameters range from OD 250 mm up to OD 2000 mm with SDR ratings from SDR11 to SDR33 covering pressure classes from PN4 up to PN16.

Production

Raw Material

Every HDPE Custom Large Diameter Pipe starts from virgin PE100 HDPE compound with carbon black masterbatch. The compound is tested for density, melt flow rate, tensile strength and slow crack growth resistance to ISO 4427 requirements before extrusion.

Molding Process

The pipe is extruded through a calibrated die to the specified outside diameter and wall thickness, then passed through vacuum sizing and cooling baths. For custom diameters and thick walls, CNC machining of the fusion faces and stub end seats is performed after extrusion. Each HDPE Custom Large Diameter Pipe is inspected for OD, wall thickness, out-of-roundness and fusion face geometry before dispatch.

Quality Control

Quality control includes hydrostatic pressure testing of raw material samples, dimensional inspection of every pipe length against ISO 4427 tolerances, and recording of fusion face geometry for traceability. Batch numbers and production records are kept for the full service life of the HDPE Custom Large Diameter Pipe.
