Production

Manufacturing Process

The PVC corrugated pipe is manufactured via twin-screw extrusion with dual-head tooling: outer corrugated wall and inner smooth wall are formed simultaneously in one pass. Pipe sections are cut to length, sockets expanded, and each joint pressure-tested before packing.

Quality Control & Testing

Ring stiffness and ring flexibility of every double wall PVC pipe are verified per EN ISO 9969 at the SN4/SN8/SN16 class ordered; assembled bell-and-spigot joints undergo leak-tightness testing under internal pressure and vacuum, and lengths are checked for impact resistance and ovality before release.

Raw Material

Both walls of the PVC corrugated pipe use virgin lead-free-stabilized UPVC - black UV-stabilized compound for the exposed corrugated exterior, orange compound for the smooth interior - with EPDM/SBR sealing rings chosen for long-term elasticity in buried sewer environments.
