Production

Raw Material

Every HDPE P-trap is molded from certified virgin PE100 resin with carbon black UV stabilizer, batch-tested for melt flow rate and density.

Molding Process

Each siphonic drainage trap is injection molded with precision cores that form the seal weir and U-body in one cycle, holding dimensional tolerance within 0.1 mm.

Quality Control

Batches of HDPE P-traps are sampled for water seal depth verification, hydrostatic pressure testing and fusion joint integrity per ISO 8770 and EN 1519-1.
